The development of new products is an important guarantee for the development of an enterprise. Therefor, Haibo always pays attention to the research and development of new products, sets up a team which is leaded by the center of technology and cooperates with several specialized departments. This system achieves a lot. At present, Haibo has a personnel of more than 40 who research and exploit new products.The center of technology is the management department where Haibo’s new products are researched and developed and also takes in charge of the study and application of new technology, new process and new material, always follows the up-to-date technology, in order to insure that Haibo’s technology level is always at the top of this field. There are Fishing Tackle Division, Metal Technology Division, Precision Manufacture Division, Tool Kits Division, Trolling Motor Division, each of which has found its research&development division to guarantee that our new products meet with our customers’ demand.
    Haibo has a team who continuously makes progress on technology. Moreover, technical manpower is absorbed to enrich engineering techniques. Among the technical staff, there are 2 masters, 25 engineers. They have been awarded 1 national invention patent and 64 practical new-type appearance patent in past years.
At present, Haibo has first-class R&D condition and computerized all engineering design and adopted advanced soft ware to achieve 3-D design, dynamic balancing analysis, and finite element analysis. For concert with doing research and development, Haibo arms with a great     deal of modern testing machine, such as dynamic balancing machine, high-speed molding machine, environmental testing equipments, material testing machine, CMA, gear composite error tester, etc. to insure smoothly completing research and development of products with high quality. Haibo’s developing capability and technological content have reached advanced stage in China, even in the world.
    Ever since several years ago, Haibo successfully developed various products, including 60 series middle & top level reels, mechanical coded lock, low power trolling motor, high power brushless trolling, seeding machine, pneumatic Tool kits, fittings of hunting appliances, aluminum oxide ceramics products, hundreds of mechanical components, etc.
    Due to making a great progress on technology, Haibo was awarded ‘pivot enterprise of high and new technology industries’.
